Yes, usually the eggs will get broken into by rodents befor they hatch.
The favorable trait is running fast.

4 A. Natural selection is against the bunnies that eat berries and flowers.
4 B. Variations are some eat grass and some eat flowers an berries.
The variation that is favorable are the bunnies that eat grass.
Many offsring are eaten by foxes or hawks.
